Overview

Coorg is a hill station in the Karnataka State of India. It is very famous for its tea and coffee plantations in India. Along with that, it is also known for its exotic greenery and natural beauty. Ooty is a hub for all water lovers and is home to some wonderful and glistening lakes. The most famous among them is the Ooty Lake, it is an artificial lake in the shape of an irregular 'L'. It was artificially formed by the founder of Ooty, John Sullivan by damming the streams flowing through the hill station.

Itinerary

DAY 1

Arrival in Bangalore Airport/ Railway Station

Bangalore to Coorg

Start from Bangalore and drive towards Coorg. Near Coorg on the way do the sightseeing of Kushalnagara, Nisargadhama, bylakuppe Tibetan Colony (Golden Temple) Dubhare Elephant Camp, and reach Coorg & check in Home Stay or resort after refreshments go to Raja Seat & Omkareshwar temple coorg Later (Night Stay).

DAY 2

Coorg

Sightseeing in Coorg

After breakfast at the Hotel or resort and head for Madikeri sightseeing, covering Fort, Bhagamandala, Talacauvery (The birthplace of River Cauvery.) Abbey Falls, and later back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 3

Coorg to Ooty

Sightseeing in Ooty

After breakfast at Hotel or resort head towards Ooty. Arrive and check into the hotel. Go for a sightseeing trip to the Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake (Boat House), and Doddabetta Peak (before 5 pm). Overnight at the Hotel.

DAY 4

Ooty- Coonoor

Full-day Sightseeing in Coonoor

On this day of your Ooty trip package, you will be taken on a full-day trip to the nearby town of Coonoor which is famous for its natural beauty and tea gardens. Enjoy a lovely breakfast at your hotel in Ooty and disembark on a joyful road trip to Coonoor. Visit all places of tourist interest here such as Sim’s Park, Lam’s Rock, Dolphin Nose, Ketty Valley, Tea factory, and Doddabetta Peak. After wrapping up the tour, it is time to return to your hotel in Ooty for another relaxing night.

DAY 5

Ooty to Coimbatore Drop

Departure from Coimbatore

After a hearty breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel to drive to Coimbatore Airport/Railway Station.
